A Toyland of Healing Vibrations

I was born in Greece into a family of artists and travellers.

Music, adventure and curiosity have shaped much of my life. Back in the ’80s, I played in different bands, travelled across continents and discovered new places, flavours and ways of living. I was searching for joy and a sense of belonging, even before I knew how to put that longing into words.

In my early thirties, I went through a time when the things that once comforted me no longer felt the same. Music was the one thing that still reached me, so I threw myself into producing it every day.

For almost a year, my studio became a refuge away from the noise of the city. Each track felt like a cleansing process. I spent much of that time alone, staying close to the few people with whom I felt truly safe.

One Monday afternoon, I was resting in my bedroom after a weekend of dancing at a rave in the mountains of Attica. The music and movement had felt transformational and uplifting.

Then, I experienced a flash of golden light filling the room, followed by absolute silence.

I felt still and speechless, but not afraid. As I looked around, everything seemed to belong. And, for that moment, so did I. There was nothing to search for, nothing to work out. Just peace.

It lasted no more than ten minutes, though time seemed to have disappeared. I was fully there, and nowhere else.

I came to understand this as my first conscious experience of enlightenment. From that day, my life began to change.

Seeking to understand what had happened, I turned to spiritual books. They inspired me to explore further and begin working on myself. My journey back home had begun.

After a year of self-exploration and discovering meditation, I began working with crystals and Reiki. I met my wonderful soulmate, and together we moved to South Australia, where we now live happily near the sea with our beloved daughter.

My Reiki journey continued through attunements to its symbols. Over the past five years, I have had the honour of receiving attunements to the Reiki Master symbols, an experience that brought profound and significant changes to my life.

Through meditation and the guidance of my Spirit Guides, I began to understand my purpose in this lifetime. Whenever doubt arose, I found signs of encouragement in unexpected places and moments, helping me trust my path.

My journey into sound healing grew from a deeper desire to bring my musical experience into something new and holistic. During meditation, I had a vision of myself holding a singing bowl. For me, that was enough to recognise the beginning of my next chapter.

Sound had always been my deepest passion. Now, it captured my heart and attention in a whole new way.

I studied sound healing with teachers from around the world and immersed myself in exploring sound and vibration. This led me to Hans Cousto’s Cosmic Octave book, which inspired me to work towards creating my own series of singing bowls, with the intention of supporting wellbeing through sound. What a wild ride that journey has been!

The I.L.N.T. shop and practice are an extension of myself: my toyland and happy place, filled with singing bowls, gongs, chimes, traditional instruments, sound tools and sacred items. I personally collect these during my travels to Nepal, India and beyond, as I continue my studies in vibrational therapy and explore my interests.

Each piece is handpicked with the intention of helping both you and me pause, breathe, smile and find a little peace within, or simply bring a little more beauty into our lives.

Sound quality comes first in my selection. I create and seek out instruments for their tone, resonance and the experience they offer, rather than appearance alone. But beauty matters to me too, and I’m always seeking that special balance between sound and craftsmanship.

My hope is that what I create and share with love, infused with my best intentions and Reiki blessings, will reach you like a gentle, calming breeze, bringing a smile to your face and joy to your inner child.
