Free Worldwide Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide — no minimum spend required. Every order ships to you, wherever you are, at no extra cost.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination:
- 🇦🇺 Australia — 3-5 business days
- 🌏 Asia Pacific — 7–10 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom & Europe — 7–12 business days
🇪🇺 Important Notice for European Union (EU) Customers
We ship all orders to EU countries on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means that import VAT and any applicable customs duties are not collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Depending on the value of your order and your country's import regulations, your local customs authority or carrier may contact you to collect these charges before releasing/deliver your parcel. We recommend checking your country's import rules prior to ordering.
Please note: Refusing a parcel due to unexpected customs fees may result in the item being returned to us at your expense, and return shipping costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us at inlinath@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. For lost shipments, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
