7" Handmade Authentic Mani Tibetan Singing Bowl

Sacred Sound in the Palm of Your Hand

The Mani bowl is one of the most traditional and beloved forms in Himalayan sound healing. Named after the sacred mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, this bowl is considered a vessel of compassion — its clear, bright tone believed to carry prayers and intentions outward into the world.

This 7-inch bowl was handcrafted by master artisans in Lalitpur, Nepal, one of the oldest metalworking cities in the Kathmandu Valley. Its mid-sized form strikes the perfect balance — large enough to produce a full, resonant tone, and compact enough to hold comfortably in one hand during personal practice.

Key Features

• 7" diameter — ideal personal practice size, versatile for solo and group sessions
• Mani form — classic straight-sided bowl with a clear, bright fundamental tone and gentle overtones
• Handmade in Lalitpur — individually hand-hammered using traditional techniques; every bowl is unique
• Traditional alloy — crafted from a multi-metal blend including copper and tin for rich, balanced resonance
• Accessible & expressive — easy to play for beginners, deeply satisfying for experienced practitioners

How to Play

Rest the bowl on an open palm or cushion. Strike the rim gently with the padded drumstick for a clear bell tone, or trace the mallet slowly around the outer rim to build a continuous, singing resonance. The Mani bowl responds beautifully to both techniques, making it a joy to explore.
