Rooted in Ancient Craft. Forged in the Heart of Nepal.
This authentic Manipuri Tibetan Singing Bowl is handcrafted in Lalitpur (Patan), Nepal — one of the world's most revered centres for traditional metalwork. Each bowl is individually hammered by skilled artisans using the sacred Sapta Dhatu formula: an alloy of seven metals including gold, silver, copper, iron, tin, lead, and zinc, each corresponding to a celestial body and its healing frequency.
Available in sizes from 4" to 8" to suit every practice — from personal altar pieces to full sound healing sessions.
The Sound of Seven Heavens
Strike or rim this bowl and experience a sound that is rich, warm, and deeply resonant — a tone that seems to hang in the air long after the bowl is played. The Manipuri style is prized for its shallow, wide form which produces a full, embracing vibration ideal for:
- Meditation and mindfulness practice
- Sound healing and therapy sessions
- Yoga and breathwork accompaniment
- Altar and sacred space offerings
- Stress relief and deep relaxation
Each Bowl Is One of a Kind
Because these bowls are hand-hammered rather than machine-pressed, no two are identical. Slight variations in tone, finish, and hammer marks are hallmarks of authenticity — not imperfections. Your bowl arrives ready to play, carrying the energy of the hands that shaped it.
